Refund policy

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items. Any items passed this date will be returned to the original shipping address.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

We recommend that you carefully try new items on within the home just in case you need to return them.

All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

We are in not accountable for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer regarding product, size, colour, address, etc.

We are unable to accept exchanges at this current time, we recommend you follow the return process above to receive a full refund and place a new order for an alternative product or size.
